With his life as a pawn in a huge Boston Law Firm in the rear view, Scott Finn has set a course through some of the more colorful back alleys and bedrooms of the legal world as a divorce lawyer who dabbles in criminal defense. This nose for the more interesting human elements of the law, combined with Finn's unassailable sense of justice and fair play, land him in a case that could end up taking his life.A lady cop left for dead in an alley survives and points the finger at a notorious El Salvadorian gang leader in Boston. Unfortunately, the physical evidence suggests the wrong man's been fingered and Finn must navigate through trying to save a thug's life while figuring out why a decorated member of the Boston Police Department might be willing to risk her career and even her life by lying about her assailant. Soon enough, this life-threatening risk extends to Finn and he must fight harder than he ever has before to avoid it.
