We decided to translate Boss Psychology (Psychologia Szefa) into English. This book is very popular within Polish managers. We’ve sold over 50 thousand copies and it is still very popular.
Our readers emphasize that one of the advantages of the book is fact that it is adapted to the specifics of the Polish market. We thought that these particularities could be interesting also for the foreigner bosess (expats) who come to work in Poland. “Boss psychology” describes Polish business specifics and all of the examples and anecdotes are taken from the experience of Polish managers.
